The Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) invites your firm to submit a proposal for the operation of one Clipper In-Person Customer Service Center (IPCSC) located at the concourse level of the Embarcadero station for the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) and San Francisco Municipal Transportation Authority Light Rail System (Muni Metro).

The Clipper program currently has an in-person customer service center (IPCSC) in the Embarcadero BART/Muni Metro station in San Francisco, California. The contract with the current supplier of services expires June 30, 2017.  MTC seeks to engage a firm to staff and operate a Clipper IPCSC at one location in the Embarcadero BART/Muni Metro station, commencing July 1, 2017.

The primary purpose of the IPCSC is to provide in-person customer service for the Clipper program. Consultant is also expected to provide printed and in-person transportation information to the traveling public, as more particularly described in Appendix A, Scope of Work.

The RFP documents for this project are available for download on the MTC website at http://mtc.bonfirehub.com.  Proposers are responsible for checking the website for any Addenda to this RFP. Responses should be submitted in accordance with the instructions set forth in the RFP.

Interested firms must submit their proposal by Thursday, January 5, 2017, in accordance with the instructions contained in the RFP.  Other key RFP Dates are listed in Section V, Contractor Selection Timetable of the RFP.
