Description

The Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) invites your firm to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) in response to a Request for Qualifications, to provide on-call consultant assistance for customer information services on operational programs.

These professional services are needed to support customer education and outreach efforts for the Clipper® fare payment system, and may also be used to support customer education and outreach efforts for the Bay Area Toll Authority (BATA) FasTrak® toll payment system, the Bay Area Infrastructure Financing Authority (BAIFA) Express Lane network, and other transportation related programs.
